Mindfulness meditation is a relatively new psychological technique for persons to fix sleep problems. People are unrealistic in expecting that if they go on a fantastic vacation that somehow their living will be fixed for good. Unfortunately life just does not operate that way. You get the lottery win and before you know it you have become accustomed to it , the novelty has worn off, and you are back where you started. This is the frustrating circle that many many people live in.

So think about what you could do to get to living a mindful life and, how forgetting about the next big event , might be the way to live a simple life.
